Appointment Booking for Coaching Services

Coaching Services for aspiring and current:

Procedures, terms, and conditions:

  1. Coaching sessions are conducted through Skype, Globe Mobile, or Smart Mobile. You will need to call us through your preferred contact method to proceed with the coaching session.
  2. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. You may book multiple coaching sessions.
  3. To book an appointment for our coaching services,
    • select the appropriate options on the booking form below,
    • fill in your information, and
    • agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. If you have difficulty with using the booking form, please send us an email.
  5. When we receive your booking, we will send you an email. The email will contain information on how to pay for your coaching session and other relevant information. Reply to that email to:
    • send your proof of payment,
    • reschedule your appointment, or
    • cancel your booking.
  6. The available payment methods are:
    • PayPal
    • BDO bank deposit
    • BPI bank deposit
  7. When we receive your proof of payment, we will confirm your reservation. The confirmation email will also contain the details of how to contact us for your coaching session.
  8. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will no longer be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  9. On the day and time of your appointment, get in touch with us using the contact method your selected at the time of booking.
  10. Failure on your part to get in touch with us on your confirmed appointment schedule means that the coaching session is forfeit, and there will be no refund.
  11. The coaching session will last only for the exact time booked. For example, if your confirmed reservation is for 5:00 PM, the session will start at 5:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM. If you call in late, there will be no extension, e.g., if you call in at 5:20 PM, the session will still end at 6:00 PM. There will be no refund for late call-ins.
  12. If the call gets cut off during the coaching session, it is your responsibility to call in again to continue the session. There will be no refund for dropped calls.
